Hey! I’m Amy Grande! (Pronounced Gran-dee, not Graun-day like Arianna or your favorite Starbucks beverage. They really ruined that for me)!

I’m a Beyonce singing', FRIENDS quoting, Moscow Mule loving, F-bomb dropping, bachelorette living, almost 40 year old building her own online health & wellness business while mentoring others to do the same!

As someone who even in their late 20’s, with two college degrees and several certifications, still couldn’t answer the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I found myself living life going through the motions. It wasn’t until I started taking care of myself physically and mentally that I found my true passion through online coaching. I know far too many people who relate to my story and it’s become my personal mission to help them rewrite their chapters, hopefully sooner than I did!

I love all things health & fitness, basketball, home decor, simple & casual is my style along with the theme to my life honestly. I like to keep things fun, sarcasm is my love language (okay okay, quality time is my ACTUAL love language), & for my fellow Enneagram folks — I’m an 8 (don’t be scared)!
